NOMINATED FOR BEST EDITING IN A FEATURE by the Australian Screen Editor’s Guild and BEST FEATURE FILM by the AACTAs, SISSY was bought by SHUDDER North America at it’s World Premiere in SXSW 2022 Sissy also had a successful international festival run winning the Audience award at both Bucheon Film Festival Korea and Sitge Film Festival Spain. It premiered in Australia at the Sydney International Film Festival 2022 followed by Melbourne and Perth Festivals with a November National Cinema Release.

She coined this great term, “Disney Psycho Pop”, and as soon as we had that we were like oh! that’s what the film is. It’s gory but it’s also like Fantasia glitter.”
